Miujiza means "miracle" in Swahili and these loom cotton rugs are nothing short of a miracle. They are made by the grandmothers of the babies who live at Rehema House - the Mercy House Maternity Home in Kenya. These women have learned to operate large wooden looms to create these flat woven rugs that will be a focal point in any room. By purchasing a rug you are empowering generations of women.
Soft look and feel; reversible
Perfect for low traffic areas, such as guest rooms, hallways, and home offices

Regular vacuuming and the occasional gentle shake will keep these rugs looking their best.
As woven rugs settle, a stray piece of yarn may pop up. This is perfectly normal. Do not cut the yarn; simply tuck and pull it back through the underside of the rug.
If you are a wholesale customer, please email email@example.com to pre-order your rugs. Available in navy and cream as pictured in the 3 sizes listed above. Our rugs are currently at a 6 - 8 week turnover.
