Itza Woods’ skilled carpenters and artisans work conscientiously with a gorgeous array of exotic woods from the Peten jungle in Guatemala, the largest remaining tropical forest in Central America. They exist to create jobs and foster positive social impact in a place where poverty is crushing, all while supporting intensive reforestation initiatives so the world can enjoy this beautiful rainforest for generations to come. All of the wood is sustainably harvested and FSC certified. Each item is hand crafted with the utmost care and reflects the beauty and biodiversity of the jungle.
CARE
Hand wash with soap. Dry immediately. Do not leave sitting in water. Condition as needed with a mixture of beeswax and mineral oil, linseed oil, or any other natural oil that does not turn rancid.
